This could include efforts to locate additional specific information about, or trace the descendants of any owner or resident in which the client has an interest.

Extended research is normally billed at a reasonble hourly rate, plus expenses. Research time includes research, analysis, and report preparation. Billable expenses include mileage (if any travel is done), photocopies, etc. If you wanted any extended research once you have reviewed your package, just contact me, and I will help you determine the best option to meet your goals with minimum cost

Also, if you don't need or desire a standard report package, The House Historian will be happy to supply you with less, or targeted, information at a reasonable, negotiated fee.
